I love my new treadmill! I had a junky treadmill for about 4 years and was really happy when it died because it meant I could shop for a new one.
I run 4-5 times a week and wanted a treadmill that will let me do my full schedule. I have just completed my second half marathon and I know I will stick with my exercise routine and ultimately achieve my goal of running a full marathon. I run at a speed between 4 and 6 mile per hour and it was really important to me that I buy a treadmill that would not only feel good and solid but last a long time.
I spent more money that I wanted to but after doing research and shopping around and trying out different treadmill, I felt that the 3G Cardio Pro Runner was the right choice. I also love the fact that it does not take up my entire room and folds up easily.

I purchased the 3G Cardio Pro Runner Treadmill just over one month ago. To date I’ve run on it approximately 15 times, and my wife perhaps 10 times. We’ve been extremely pleased with the treadmill. I’d like to outline some negatives, some positives, and how I arrived at 5 stars.
I’ll first start with the negatives:
– The heart rate sensor needed to be replaced. It was giving spurious readings upon delivery. That said, this small issue was heavily mitigated by the *excellent customer service* received.
– The lap LED dot-matrix has a ghosting issue. When the lap is fully filled in, the middle row of LED lights look like they’re illuminated ~20% (it’s not an issue with functionality – it’s just not pleasant given the (1) cost of the treadmill and (2) simplicity of the overall design.)
Well, now the positives:
– It’s extremely sturdy. When comparing the appearance of the vertical structure to the ProForm Pro 2000, the 3G Cardio Pro Runner looks a little flimsy. It is anything but that, it is solid, welded, metal. There’s nothing plastic-y or weak about it’s construction. This also directly translates to the stability and rigidity of the entire treadmill. This treadmill (based on the spec sheet) is just over 200lbs. The ProForm Pro 2000 is just under 300lbs. My wife and I anticipated that this treadmill may be less sturdy due to it’s weight, but we went with it because it would be easier to move. We were pleasantly surprised that it is very stable – and we now appreciate the lighter weight for the random occasions when we decide to move the treadmill.
– The running “experience” is phenomenal. The belt feels great to run on, the aforementioned rigidity is just right, the rate of speeding up; slowing down is very rapid, the incline functions well, etc. Really, for the price it’s a very, very nice running experience. (Perhaps this is most important, but given this is a home treadmill I rate this as second most important.)
– The best thing about the 3G Cardio Pro Runner Treadmill is… 3G Cardio (the company). The customer service has been absolutely awesome. From the moment I called to talk about ordering it, to coordinating delivery, to resolving the heart-rate sensor issue, they have been extremely: pleasant, expeditious, helpful. My #1 concern was the “junior” status of this company relative to ProForm (I actually ordered a ProForm treadmill first, and then cancelled the order.) When reading on Amazon, I saw a lot of reviews showing bad customer service for ProForm. My wife even “test called” ProForm before we ordered the 3G Cardio, and while she didn’t have a bad experience, it was still not ideal. To date, all our interactions with 3G Cardio have been great.
So, lots of words.
tl/dr:

I’m so pleased with this treadmill. I’m retired Army, and also a Personal Trainer/Group X Instructor, working in gyms, schools, and various organizations for twenty years. This treadmill is one that you’d find in a professional setting. It may not be the top of the line you’d find, but I’ll tell you what, it’s an excellent, sturdy, well built, beauitful treadmill. The computer operations center is awesome! The touch screen, toggle, and push button functions respond at the touch. I use a Myzone belt and the the treadmill heart rate monitor picks up my belt! The fan is on point. The tread on a scale of silence of 1 to 10, 10 being noisy, I give it a 2. The material the Pro Runner is made of is sleek, stylish, durable, and looks as if I purchased the rest of my cardio and strength machines together, as it has that brushed steal alloy, and black componet package as my other big machines. The white glove delivery service was worth the money. My home gym is on my second story. The minor assembly of attaching the frame, to the deck, and mounting the counsel/computer operations center on the frame, took the two gentlemen minutes. The team was COVID-19 masked, socially distanced, and were in and out in 15 minutes, as well as taking all boxing materials with them.
I placed my order on October 25th 2020, and it was in my house on November 10th! Get this treadmill. It will be your new love!
