The 3G Cardio Elite RB X Recumbent Bike features an incredibly comfortable, adjustable seat and back rest which will conform to your body shape and size. Extremely well built and with a small compact overall length of 49”, the Elite RB X Recumbent Bike will fit into spaces other bikes won’t. Easy roll transport wheels and a smaller, easy to see over upper console will make working out a breeze! The process of selecting a recumbent bike is quite simple. It comes down to comfort. We use an oversized seat cushion and an Airflow Mesh Flex™ adjustable back rest to help the seat conform to your body shape and size guaranteeing comfort to your backside throughout your entire workout.
One of our favorite terms is “perceived exertion.” This refers to how intense you feel your body is working. If you are uncomfortable on your bike, you will feel like you are working harder than you really are. If your exercise bike is comfortable, your “perceived exertion” will be lower, and you will enjoy your workout more. It is that simple.
